Samsung Teases Galaxy A Series Launch for March 2

Following the massive leak earlier today, which revealed nearly every detail about the upcoming Galaxy A56, A36, and A26, Samsung has officially announced its Galaxy A launch event for March 2.

While the company hasn’t named the specific models set to be unveiled, the recent leaks suggest that we’ll likely see the A56, A36, and A26 featured at the event.

Samsung’s teaser image only shows two devices, which could mean we’ll get two of the three models, or perhaps two colors for one model. Samsung India is already allowing users to register their interest in the event and the new devices, which you can do via the source linked below.

Rumors indicate that all three devices will feature a 6.7-inch screen with a 1080×2340 resolution. Here’s what we can expect from each model:

  • A56: Powered by the Exynos 1580, with 8GB of RAM and a 50 MP main camera with OIS. It also boasts a 12 MP ultrawide, a 5 MP macro camera, and a 12 MP selfie camera.
  • A36: Powered by the Snapdragon 6 Gen 3, with 6/8GB of RAM, and a 50 MP main camera with OIS. It comes with a 8 MP ultrawide, a 5 MP macro camera, and a 12 MP selfie camera.
  • A26: Powered by the Exynos 1380, with 6/8GB of RAM, and a 50 MP main camera with OIS. The A26 has a 2 MP macro camera and a 13 MP selfie camera.

Additionally, the A56 and A36 will feature in-display fingerprint sensors, while the A26 will have its fingerprint sensor embedded in the power button.

All three models are rumored to run Android 15 with One UI 7 on top. If these leaks are accurate, this would be the first batch of devices to launch with Android 15.
